West Virginia and back!

We took a long weekend drive to West Virginia to pick up Elsie's crib and high chair and visit the Northern Hollingtons. Wil enjoyed his first forward facing car seat-and we enjoyed the entertainment it provides! He did great driving north and south! Stanton and Anita escorted us to Morgantown for a tour of WVU and Chinese for lunch. Most of the time we hung out at the restaurant. Jason's uncles have opened up a BBQ restaurant called JW's BBQ after his Pa. It is a fun place with excellent food! We ate good all weekend! We chipped in on Friday-Jason washed dishes and I waited tables. Wil had free range the whole time! The restaurant has its share of regulars who are all good folks and made us feel at home. They celebrated St Patty's day a little early on Saturday and we all felt a little Irish that night! Uncle Jake baked Wil a birthday cake. His b-day isn't until April 5th but we wanted to include all the restaurant crew in on the occasion. He did not disappoint-trust me, I washed him up in the tub in the back! We loved our trip up north and Wil travels so well!

A visit from Ms. Madge

We had a sweet visit from our good friend Ms. Madge Brownlee. Carol brought her over and we enjoyed the warm day on the front porch. Madge doesn't get down to Gainesville much so we sure appreciated the visit!

Kentucky and around the house with Wil

Wil had the pleasure of watching the Gators beat Kentucky in the O'dome. Its awesome to see him really watch the game and he loves the shakers! We take a lot of pictures of everyday things like Wil drinking a homeade strawberry milkshake from his first big-boy sippy cup. Dad likes to play with the Tupperware bowl hats and sing silly songs. I had to capture Wil's hairdo one morning! Its so cute how they sleep the same way! Wonder if Elsie will sleep like me!

Kimble Kin

We had the best time when all of my family came over. First Mom and Dad came over Friday night and later we were joined by Sara, Adyson and Arianna. Adyson and Wil stayed up late, took baths and played together. Then we went yard sale-ing on Saturday morning! We found an antique Tonka truck (the find of the day!) a new towel for Wil, and a few other things for us! We turned in after watching a movie to rest up for Sunday. On Sunday we had a house full. Katie, Becca and Wyatt came up together (Bill was putting on a show.) Becky and Camden came over and we babysat Adyson for about 3 hours. We had 4 babies! Lets just say our Sunday dinner was very exciting! It was so good to have all the boys at my house for the first time. Adyson just added a little sweetness too!

Wes brings over the family

Its always a treat to have Wes, Kasey and the kids over. This was Wyatt's first trip over and Wil made sure he had plenty of fun. While the guys worked on a project together, Kasey and I took the kids to the park. Later that night we cooked dinner and had strawberry milkshakes for dessert! For added entertainment I spilled a pitcher full of milkshake on the floor! We had the best time just "doing nothing" with them. Can't wait to have them back again!

Smooth Sailing

For the Super Bowl we took a trip down to Gary's. The plan was to spend Saturday sailing with Gary and Ji. We invited Katie along who had a few reservations about what turned out to be her first sailing experience. Wil calmed her nerves and told her how much fun it was and we talked her into it! Chunky came over to keep Jill company- We figured a first time sailor, baby and 2 dogs would be pushing it! We snacked and sailed and had the best time. The day just sped by after coming back and cooking dinner. After a good nights sleep Jason and I went down to the stadium and Gary and Ji babysat Wil. They proved to be excellent babysitters and we were so thankful for them. What a cool weekend!

Pregnant Pics

My Aunt Mary made the observation that I hadn't put any recent pregnancy pics up. Here are a few so you all can get a look at Elsie. The pics of me in the pink shorts are earlier. The pics of me in grey depict how big she is now.
