Home again, home again, jiggety jig!

Here are a few picture of us around the house. Just a few to show you what we have been up to on Rock Creek! Laundry day (look for Wil sitting up on the cat's scratching post!), swimming, grocery store trip, romping in the bedroom, new toys, after-church pictures and yard-work pictures. (That's when Jason stole my mango popsicle!) Also I threw in a bunch of Fathers Day pictures. I think Jason enjoyed his day. On the way to church Jason spotted a turtle on the side of the road so we relocated him to our creek. The catch and release was fun! We had to quickly change and we headed to the movies to watch Kung Fu Panda 2 and we came back home to a surprise for the kids-Jason found them a Woody and Jessie doll from Toy Story and I think all 3 of them are enjoying them!

Happy Birthday David & Davin!!

My good buddy and boss, Dr. Freimuth hosted a baseball themed birthday party for her boys David (2) and Davin (1). Jason was busy picking up a shift for a coworker so I drove Wil and Elsie down to Ocala to Aleesha and David's house for the pool party. We really have a lot in common with Aleesha and David considering we all had kids close together. There is always a baby story being exchanged! She also plans on combining her boys parties as long as possible so at this party we sang "Happy Birthday" to both boys and watched David eat his cake with a fork and Davin got all into his cake with his fists! David grilled up perfect cheeseburgers and hot dogs and Wil and Elsie stuffed themselves on potatoe chips, capri suns and cupcakes! We all rinsed off in the pool and had the best time with our favorite baseball boys!

Easter continued...

Here are a few pictures of the kids in their Easter outfits! Better late than never, right?

Let's go trash Michelle's house!

After leaving the museum, Jason swung by Michelle's house so the kids could get caught up and the adults could visit a little. I can't believe how fast Madeline is growing and Elsie had a lot of fun with the baby! They call every baby Madeline now!

Florida Museum of Natural History

While I worked a family day in Ocala a few Saturdays ago, Jason took the nippers to the Florida Museum of Natural History. He tells me they had a lot of fun comparing mammoth and mastodon teeth, looking at the artwork and sculptures outside, and playing on "hand-on" exibits. Our friends Mike and Jen happened to have the same plans for their daughter Erin Grace so they grouped together to tour the museum! Erin Grace and Elsie are in the same 2 year old class at A Child's Academy and they are good buddies! It was an afternoon full of fun learning for the wild ones!

School Days

Well I guess you could say Wil has experienced his first graduation! He started up at Flowers Montessori School about a month ago and is really doing well and soaking it up like a sponge! It was a little bittersweet leaving Elsie and all the wonderful teachers we have grown to love behind at A Childs Academy, but Wil still gets to see them as we drop off and pick up Elsie! Flowers is within walking distance to ACA and it is super convienient for us. He already has a nickname at his new school, "Dinosaur Boy!" Here are a few pictures Jason snapped up to commemorate Wil's graduation!
