Spring Performance and Mothers Day Lunch

Wil and his classmates at Flowers Academy have been working real hard on their annual Spring Performance. We are pretty sure Wil was a little aggrevated over the tennis shoe incident from earlier that morning. Apparently I put the wrong pair on! He kind of stood around with an exasperated look on his face and I thought to myself, "Wish I had those shoes with me right now!" It was a cute show and since then we have just about got him to sing about all the songs! ACA hosted a delightful Mothers Day Lunch and graciously served us lunch and presented adorable Mothers Day gifts. The vase was beautiful. Elsie made a sign that said "I love my Mom because she lets me watch her cook." That meant a lot to me because I practice my patience a lot in the kitchen on a weekday night! She maid a teapot and teabag and told me "I'm going to drink tea with you!"
